You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has shipped.
NO. We do not accept returns on any used products. Even if you only used it once, we can not take it back. We apologize for the inconvenience, and please do not use an item until you are sure you want to keep it.
If you place an order after 2pm EST, it will ship out the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
To get your order as fast as possible, check out before 2pm and select expedited shipping at checkout.

We completely understand our customers needs for discreet packaging. All orders ship in an unmarked brown box, an envelope, or a USPS Priority Box. There will be no mention of AmericanHelix on the package.

The return address on the label will read “Helix Distribution LLC”, our parent company.

We accept returns on all UNUSED products. We 100% do not accept any returns on used products. Even if you only used it once and cleaned it, we cannot accept it back. There are no exceptions to this rule – it’s against federal law!

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify customer service that you’d like to file a return within 7 DAYS of delivery. An AmericanHelix rep will issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label, so all you have to do is hand the package to your mail person or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.

Our support department is open from 10AM – 8PM EST, 7 days a week.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday.
