Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used glass products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges
