How does the Venturi cooling actually work?

It’s airflow physics. As you draw, fresh, cool air is pulled in through precision micro-inlets and mixes with the hot smoke inside the glass, spinning it into a vortex. That swirl pulls the temperature down hard — up to 700°F going in, around 100°F by the time it reaches you. A cooler, smoother draw, with your terpenes intact. Boxfan patented the system in 2007 — it’s the reason a Helix pulls different.

What is it made of — and will it hold up?

Every Helix is hand-spun from thick borosilicate — the same heat-resistant glass used in laboratory equipment. It shrugs off daily handling and fast temperature changes. It’s still glass, so it’s not indestructible, but it’s built far tougher than it looks. Keep it in a padded spot or a case and it’ll stay in your rotation for years.

How fast does it ship, and where to?

Orders ship from our shop in Texas, usually within about 1-2 business day for our core line. The Custom pieces made by Boxfan take 3-10 days. Free shipping on U.S. and Canada orders over $70. We ship across the United States (Arizona excluded) and to Canada. You’ll need to be 21 or older to order.
